Notice is hereby given of the intention to hold the 2024 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of Research Junior Football Club Inc

Tuesday 15 th October 2024 commencing at 7:30PM (AEDT) at

Research Park Clubrooms, 1459 Main Road, Research

Dear Members,

You are warmly invited to attend the 2024 AGM of RJFC as detailed above.

All positions on the Executive and General Committee will be spilled at the AGM and the new 2025 season Executive positions will be appointed.

To nominate for the Executive Committee, please complete and return the Nomination Form.

You will also find attached the AGM Agenda, as well as a Proxy form if you are unable to make it to the meeting in person.

Volunteers are the lifeblood of the Club. We are always looking for people to bring new enthusiasm, fresh ideas and individual skills and experience to the running of your Community Club. A role on the General Committee or one of our sub-Committees is a great way to have a real impact on the direction of the Club, and with so many roles with varying levels of involvement of commitment, it’s a great way to contribute what you can, when you can.
