Twice as nice – two winners this week!

Our first Round 3 ‘Search for the Stars’ Player of the Week is Grace Hegarty from our u14 Girls Program. Grace is an outright star of the game and one of our NFNL Representative Players. Grace has had three consecutive BOG’s over the first three rounds of the season following on from her huge personal achievements from 2023. Last Sunday, Grace willed the girls over the line in a heroic individual second half performance, leading her team to an epic come from behind victory – their first for the season.  Grace is as humble as they come and just goes about her business without any fuss or fanfare – but geez can she seriously play !!

Our second Round 3 ‘Search for the Stars’ Player of the Week is Cayden Ralston from the u11 Boys Program.  Cayden is one of the hardest working and most dedicated 11yo’s you’ll come across.   His attitude and effort to all things footy is mature beyond his years and he sets a great example for his teammates as well as the wider football community.  Cayden is always with a ball in his hand and constantly striving to be the best player and teammate he can be.   A superstar already and one to keep a close eye on into the future.   After a few weeks with many goal assists, helping his teammates be the best they can be, Cayden stepped up big time this week in the u11s big win against Greensborough booting a club season high 7 goals.  Keep up the great work Cayden – We can’t wait to see what the future holds for you.

Both players will receive a RJFC $25 Club Voucher to spend at the Canteen or on Merch
