17 May Search for the Stars 2024 Round 5

This week’s ‘Search for the Stars’ Player of the Week is Ned Leeson from our u9s program.

Ned is one of our OG piglets and also part-time u11 filler innerer (yes that’s a word) and dominates at all levels.   He possesses one of the best ‘Dusty don’t argues’ you will see for an 8yo and is as competitive as they come.  The harder it gets the more he likes it, and he was instrumental in the Pigs first ever win on Sunday.  And if that wasn’t enough, he then went and helped out in the u11s who were short a few players where he kicked a couple of great goals and was very influential in their win as well.

He’s built different this kid and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for him.
